摘要: The overexpression of a cell-surface glycoprotein termed P-glycoprotein (P-gp) is frequently associated with multi-drug resistance (MDR) in cell lines vitro. To evaluate the implications P-gp expression clinical drug resistance, authors examined leukemia cells from patients acute myelogenous (AML) and those lymphoblastic (ALL) at initial presentation relapse, using immunoblotting monoclonal antibody against P-gp, C219. Nine 17 AML four 11 ALL had P-gp-positive results presentation, most did not respond to chemotherapy. Four seven relapsed stage all three preceding myelodysplastic syndrome results. refractoriness chemotherapy were highly correlated. These data indicate that closely related leukemia.
