Visualizing Collaborations and Online Social Interactions at Scientific Conferences for Scholarly Networking

摘要: The various ways of interacting with social media, web collaboration tools, co-authorship and citation networks for scientific research purposes remain distinct. In this paper, we propose a solution to align such information. We particularly developed an exploratory visualization networks. result is scholar centered, multi-perspective view conferences people based on their collaborations online interactions. measured the relevance user acceptance type interactive visualization. Preliminary results indicate high precision both recognized conferences. majority in group test-users responded positively set statements about acceptance.
