摘要: The major carotenoid pigment of a psychrotrophic Micrococcus roseus strain was purified to homogeneity from methanol extracts dried cells by reverse-phase liquid chromatography and designated P-3. On the basis UV-visible, infrared, mass, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra P-3, it identified as bisdehydro-beta-carotene-2-carboxylic acid. interacted with synthetic membranes phosphatidylcholine dimyristoyl stabilized membranes. These results also indicate that P-3 is different canthaxanthin, mesophilic M. strain.
