摘要: OBJECTIVE. Because of the increase in use 24-hour-a-day 7-day-a-week real-time radiologic interpretation, radiologists more frequently perform after-hours work. The purpose this article was to examine challenges arising from work and describe evidence-based strategies meant limit adverse physical psychologic stresses CONCLUSION. Working nontraditional hours affects a radiologist's health, social life, professional productivity, possibly interpretive accuracy. Appropriate attention these factors targeted countermeasures can optimize development personal well-being working after hours.
