摘要: With a focus on expressed competencies, the objective of this study is to test hypotheses whether worker’s level competencies affected by modern work practices, owning key affects acquisition technical and finally, presence educational mismatch has some consequences competencies. Based representative Italian national survey, [the authors] separate overall given worker into two categories, namely, proving that former affect latter confirming constitute higher-order logic ‘class’ with respect In addition, authors’] findings show (i) increase when adopting new (ii) overeducation dissipative effect both types (iii) undereducation (which implies having challenging job) strong positive effect. The policy implications wasting valuable human resource are discussed.
