摘要: The chapter presents a review of research on an increasingly diffused set work organization practices, known under various acronyms – as ‘world-class manufacturing’ (WCM), ‘high performance systems’ (HPWS) and others which is supposed to sustain productivity constitute new form organizing industrial work. analysis primarily developed with reference the world manufacturing firms, focusing particularly practices such processes organization, high-involvement positive relations ICT technologies, also considering their complementarities. conducted here indicates that organizational configuration emerging effective composed by innovative bundles different ‘ingredients’, can be applied weights in variety possible combinations. While superior this acclaimed number econometric studies, highlights some methodological questions remain open gives indications for future oriented solving them.
