摘要: Among the different extracellular virulence factors produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa are exotoxin A (ETA) and pyoverdine pyochelin siderophores. Production of ETA siderophores requires function iron-starvation sigma factor PvdS, transcriptional activator RegA, AraC-activator PchR. Iron represses production repressing expression pvdS, regA, pchR. PvdS regulates gene, toxA, synthesis genes. The catecholamine norepinephrine enhances growth pathogenic bacteria transferring iron from host-binding proteins. In this study, we elucidated mechanism which other catecholamines induce P. growth. We also investigated whether toxA siderophore genes, regulation. Norepinephrine enhanced supplying transferrin. This provision repressed genes pvdD pvdE, their regulators, pchR, suggesting that accomplishes repression through Additionally, bypassed supported a pvdS deletion mutant, indicating transfers to independent pyoverdine. Thus, apparently influences pathogenesis affecting its pattern factors.
