摘要: On the occasion of 50th anniversary appearance first paper on thermal diffusion column published by Klaus Clusius and Gerhard Dickel a review development this simple tool for separation gaseous or liquid mixtures is given. The pioneer work inventors valued an attempt made not only to evaluate process its impacts theory isotope but also point out restrictions due low thermodynamic efficiency.
