摘要: Abstract Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized in situ by γ-irradiation using poly( N -vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP) as a capping agent. The concentration, molecular weight and the structure (crosslinked interpenetrated network) of PVP varied, order to determine influence agent radiolytic synthesis Ag/PVP nanosystems. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that AgNPs obtained from solutions containing higher concentration spherical shape, with narrow size distribution diameter of∼6 nm, while slightly larger rod-shaped silver agglomerates, bimodal nanoparticle diameters ∼10 nm ∼20 nm lower weight. Strong plasmon coupling extending resonance was observed UV–vis spectroscopy, result formation nanorod-like agglomerates. Crosslinked network did not affect AgNPs. nanocomposite, form thin film, solvent evaporation colloid solution 10 wt% PVP, characterized FTIR spectroscopy. interactions nanocomposite are shown be coordination bonding between nitrogen pyrrolidone ring PVP. optical properties investigated nanosystems, measured values band gap, E g , mainly consequence interparticle distance surrounding macromolecules.
