摘要: A current measurement configuration for the estimation of power consumption processing systems is presented in this work. The problem addressed to measure variations supply digital circuits (and especially embedded circuits) and calculate from these measurements energy associated with certain tasks performed by system software. Accurate monitoring instantaneous provides appropriate information at different operating situations processor (core) overall system, as well (consumption peripheral units). proposed measuring approach, along execution special test programs analysis inter-instruction effects, expected provide clear behavior single-chip low-power applications.
