摘要: Avid AL is an affinity gel with synthetic low molecular weight ligands capable of selectively purifying IgG from the serum all animals tested. By packing in a radial flow column, high rate can be applied and 12 g highly purified obtained within 5 hours directly serum. Immunoglobulins bound to eluted 0.05 M sodium acetate at pH 3 or 7.4 neutral buffer containing “electron-rich” compounds. The appears suitable under varieties storage depyrogenation conditions.
