摘要: Avid AL is an affinity gel designed for the purification of immunoglobulin G (IgG). The was prepared by first reacting Sepharose with 3,5-dichloro-2,4,6-trifluoropyridine and 4-dimethylaminopyridine then 2-mercaptoethanol. IgG purified about 95% pure. binding parameters whole IgG, Fab Fc fragment stability were investigated. bound to can be eluted acidic buffer or a novel neutral containing electron donors. development such mild elution described. Application in rapid gram-scale demonstrated. possible mechanism discussed.
