摘要: We have developed various axial flow blood pumps to realize the concept of Valvo pump, and we studied hemodynamic changes under cardiac assistance using an pump in series with natural heart. In this study, measured not only systemic circulation but also cerebral coronary support our latest placed descending aorta acute animal experiment. The was installed at thoracic through a left thoracotomy goat (43.8 kg, female). When on, aortic pressure downstream increased preservation pulsatilities. drop upstream caused reduction afterload pressure, it may lead ventricular wall stress. However, were decreased when on. enables more effective perfusion into circulation, has potential risk disturbance circulation. results indicate that position before ostia might be suitable for implantation heart avoid disturbances.
