摘要: A cold-regulated gene (cor tmc-ap3) coding for a putative chloroplastic amino acid selective channel protein was isolated from cold-treated barley leaves combining the differential display and 5 0 -RACE techniques. Cor tmcap3 is expressed at low level under normal growing temperature, its expression strongly enhanced after cold treatment. positive correlation between of cor tmc-ap3 frost tolerance found both among cultivars cereal species. The COR TMC-AP3 in vitro, purified used to raise polyclonal antibody. Western analysis showed that product localized outer envelope fraction, supporting function. frost-resistant winter cultivar Onice accumulated more rapidly higher than frost-susceptible spring Gitane. After 28 days acclimation had about 2-fold genotype. All these results suggest an increased amount could be required cereals. Hypotheses role during hardening process are discussed.
