摘要: Blue-emitting BaAl2S4:Eu phosphor thin-films was achieved under low temperature annealing. Phosphor are deposited with using EuF3 as a Eu-source. Crystal structure of thin films fluorine have orthorhombic structure. The relationship between the optical properties and crystal is also studied.
