摘要: Over the last decade, there has been an exponential growth of services over Internet. Services such as online gaming are gaining popularity, whereas, Voice Internet (VoIP) well established. Storage, management and processing data have moved away from devices to cloud. Quality experience (QoE) defined user’s perception service quality is utilized in different technologies, products for improving end user satisfaction provides (QoS) according their demands. In this paper, we describe utilization QoE satisfaction. Specifically, present latest developments multimedia services, network management, VoIP, web development, games cloud computing. Finally, discuss current research, solutions open issues future research QoE.
