摘要: Liver metastases are the most common malignant solid liver lesions, approximately 40% of which stem from colorectal tumors. resection is currently only curative treatment for cancer (CRLM). However, there a lack consensus criteria to assess results this treatment. In order evaluate quality surgical outcomes, it necessary identify indicators (QIs) and their corresponding standards (QS). We propose simple method determine QI QS in CRLM surgery (CRLMS) establish acceptable limits (AQL) each QI. A systematic review CRLMS published 2006 2016. Clinical guidelines, conferences, publications related were reviewed select QIs. Once selected, new papers including at least one QIs was performed. Statistical process control (SPC) applied calculate AQL The variability established mean confidence intervals 95% 99.8%. relevant its AQLs postoperative mortality (2%,  77%; 34%, > 25%, respectively). Despite limitations, present study constitutes extensive scientific evidence date on may constitute reference future studies.
