Rehabilitation of periodontally compromised teeth with fiber-reinforced composite resin: a case report.

摘要: The rehabilitation of prosthetic spaces resulting from severe periodontitis represents a challenge in terms functional and esthetic aspects. Generally, tooth extraction is followed by alveolar ridge volume reduction, which increases the problem. aim this article to report integration esthetics parameters oral extracted periodontally compromised mandibular central incisors through construction direct glass fiber-reinforced composite fixed partial denture (DFPD). After periodontal therapy, patient received subepithelial graft, enabling an increase thickness height ridge. DFPD was fabricated with use teeth. Mandibular canines lateral cavities 2 mm deep wide. fiber insertion, adaptation, resin coverage, teeth were finished polished. Results showed excellent result stabilization function remaining affected
