摘要: Angiotensin II (Ang II) is both a vasoactive and potent growth-promoting factor for vascular smooth muscle cells. Little known about the in vivo contribution of AT1 AT2 receptor activation to biological action Ang II. Therefore, we investigated effect or subtype chronic blockade by losartan PD123319 on hypertrophy rats with II-induced hypertension. Normotensive received 3 wk subcutaneous infusions (120 ng/kg per min), + PD 123319 (30 mg/kg d), (10 d) alone, were compared control animals. In normotensive animals, receptors did not affect plasma level angiotensin reactivity mediated receptor. Chronic AT1I receiving resulted normal arterial pressure, but it induced significant aortic fibrosis. hypertensive had no antagonized fibrosis, suggesting that vasotrophic effects are at least partially via receptors.
