摘要: In a context of water scarcity where competition for allocation is increasing, modelers are often asked to move from specific use models (either agricultural, industrial or residential) toward more integrated frameworks including an explicit representation off users relation- ships. This the main objective MoGIRE ("Modele pour la Gestion Integree de Ressource en Eau") which model developed by interdisciplinary team manage- ment at river basin level. includes nodal network and allows optimize under several possible scenarios (agronomic, climatic economic). Agricultural, urban environmental uses represented in using mathematical programming econometric approaches. The optimizes each date across agricultural demands order maximize social surplus derived consumption given constraints imposed network. An application proposed Neste system located South-West France.
