摘要: The "Midichloria clade" is a recently discovered but well-established evolutionary lineage clustering inside the order Rickettsiales (Alphaproteobacteria). Not much known about biology of these organisms. best characterized ones are endocellular symbionts very different eukaryotic hosts, ranging from arthropods to protists. "Candidatus Midichloria mitochondrii", most studied organism group, an interesting object study because its unique capability infect metazoans' mitochondria and presence flagellar genes in genome. With this work, we aim at increasing knowledge on biodiversity phylogeny group". We according "full cycle rRNA approach" two novel endosymbionts ciliated protozoa, i.e. Paramecium nephridiatum Euplotes aediculatus. According nomenclatural rules for uncultivated prokaryotes, established taxa Defluviella procrastinata" Cyrtobacter zanobii" bacterial symbionts. Our phylogenetic analysis based 16S gene sequences confirms that histories representatives their hosts different. This suggests symbiotic processes arose many times independently, perhaps through ways transmission still not described Rickettsiales.
