摘要: Over the last 10 years there has been an explosion of information about molecular biology cancer. A challenge in oncology is to translate this into advances patient care. While are well-formed routes for translating new drug therapy, sensitive and specific diagnostic, prognostic predictive tests still being developed. Similarly, science using tumor profiles select clinical trial participants or optimize therapy individual patients its infancy. This review will summarize current technologies predicting treatment response prognosis cancer medicine, outline what future may hold. It also highlight potential importance methods that can integrate molecular, histopathological a synergistic understanding progression. these possibilities without doubt exciting, significant challenges remain if we implement them with strong evidence base widely available cost-effective manner.
