摘要: Torque Teno (TT) virus infection may increase the risk of different types leukemia. In this study infective markers TT virus, hepatitis B (HBV), and C (HCV) were evaluated in patients with leukemia comparison controls. cross sectional Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-treated blood samples collected from 163 100 control between years: 2007-2011. Molecular prevalence was studied populations using in-house semi-nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) protocol. HBsAg HCVAb analyzed groups by third generation ELISA kits according to manufacturer’s instructions. The genomic DNA found 29 (17.8%) 2 (2%) diagnosed 21 147 (14.3%) 4 (2.7%) none co-infection HBV HCV 1 (0.7%) leukemia, respectively. Identification high compared controls emphasize on possible association infections Therefore evaluation viral larger long lasting follow up is suggested.
