摘要: Ce3+-, Tb3+-, and Dy3+-activated Y4Si2N2O7 phosphors have been prepared by the Pechini-type sol-gel method followed ammonolysis of precursors. The phase purity, morphology, crystallization condition, chemical composition, thermal stability products studied carefully X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission (HRTEM), fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) techniques. photoluminescence (PL) cathodoluminescence (CL) properties Dy3+-doped were also investigated. electronic structure has investigated density-functional theory methods. calculations revealed that nitrogen atom contributes more excited electrons than O atom. band gap calculated through reflection spectrum host. For Ce3+/Tb3+/Dy3+ singly doped products, give typical emissions activators. energy transfers from Ce3+ to Tb3+ Dy3+ ions found demonstrated PL spectra luminescence decay times. emission color Y4Si2N2O7:Ce3+, samples can be tuned transfer processes. Additionally, temperature-dependent degradation property CL under continuous bombardment as-synthesized prove host good stability. Therefore, Tb3+, could serve as a promising candidate for UV W-LEDs FEDs.
