摘要: Abstract The Tm3+-doped, Dy3+-doped and Tm3+/Dy3+-codoped NaCaBO3 compounds were produced via a solid-state reaction process. optimum doping concentrations for Tm3+ Dy3+ ions in determined to be 2 3 mol%, respectively. Under 358 nm excitation, the characteristic emission bands of dopants detected synthesized compounds. Besides, emitting color obtained products was shifted from blue pure white as result efficient energy transfer (ET) ions. According PL intensity, ET efficiency calculated found elevated with introduction activators maximum around 89.4%. dipole–dipole interaction contributed Additionally, temperature-dependent spectra suggested that as-synthesized phosphors possessed good thermal stability. Also, NaCaBO3:Tm3+/Dy3+ strong CL properties.
