摘要: Experience with man-induced permafrost problems in periglacial mountains has increased during recent years. Such can be local, as the case of building foundations on ice-bearing ground, or affect larger areas, ski-run preparation perennially and seasonally frozen ground. The most severe natural hazard concerns destabilization, erosion displacement by debris flows loose, non-frozen material weak bedrock steep slopes. often take place a consequence glacier retreat degradation relate to atmospheric warming, which may continue even accelerate future. The greatest drawback man's behaviour respect these remains ignorance mountain permafrost. This probably originates from fact that is not directly visible and, hence, considered planning stage. important progress construction technology, environment protection mitigation belts achieved improving communication sharing experience among scientists technicians.
