摘要: Five cases of multiple hypertensive intracerebral hematomas which occurred simultaneously but in different locations were described this report. The diagnoses all five established by computed tomography, and the location was as follows; case 1. bilateral putamen, 2. thalamus right parietal subcortex, 3. cerebellum left thalamus, 4 5. putamen. These represented 0.7% patients (679 cases) who suffered from hematoma admitted to our two institutions last years. We also reviewed other 11 have been reported literature, total 16 analyzed with respect clinical characteristics, pathogenesis hematomas, indication operation prognosis. age distribution had a peak 70's similar that single hematoma. Sixteen 34 hematomas. Eleven supratentorial lesions. Four cerebellar remaining lesions ipsilaterally. (16 cerebral basal ganglia, 10 cerebellum, subcortex none pons) well correlated usual symptoms characterized severe consciousness disturbance neurological deficits. Their outcome poor. 4.
