摘要: A case is described of a neonate with four-vessel umbilical cord containing two arteries and veins. This was due to rare persistence the caudal portion right vein. The infant had multiple congenital anomalies including complete atrioventricular canal, an interrupted inferior vena cava, double superior left ventricular hypoplasia, dextrocardia, situs ambiguous, malrotation small bowel. birth mandates comprehensive work-up for associated anomalies. literature reviewed.
