摘要: Persistent right umbilical vein is a rare entity, with prevalence of about 0.22%.1 The intrahepatic variant observed most frequently, and 72% the fetuses are normal.2,3 In very limited number cases, persistent terminates directly into atrium, without passage liver. majority this variety have multiple congenital malformations.2 We report case draining atrium in association trisomy 18. Although particular sonographic markers related to Edwards syndrome were present our case, we would recommend fetal karyotyping all cases vein. CASE REPORT
