摘要: Abstract Diamond powders with grain diameters up to 0.3 μm were obtained by CO 2 -laser-induced decomposition of C H 4 and mixtures - SiH at low pressures temperatures in a gas flow reactor. Solid products produced yellow- orange-coloured flame (500– 550 °C) collected filters. The product contained polyaromatic species, high molecular polymers, graphite, amorphous carbon spherical diamond particles. Several particle populations, mean 6.2–122 nm observed transmission electron microscopy. Both modifications, cubic hexagonal, identified diffraction. Hydrogen-free pyrolysis pure ethylene purity (no diffraction rings graphite detectable).
