Disaster Rescue Simulation based on Complex Adaptive Theory

摘要: Disaster rescue is one of the key measures disaster reduction. The process a complex with characteristics large scale, complicate structure, non-linear. It hard to describe and analyze them traditional methods. Based on adaptive theory, this paper analyzes adaptation from seven features: aggregation, nonlinearity, mobility, diversity, tagging, internal model building block. With support Repast platform, an agent-based including agents victim was proposed. Moreover, two simulations different parameters are employed examine feasibility model.
