摘要: Abstract The synthesis of neutral and ionic α- β- d -alkylglucopyranosides bearing hydrocarbon chains different length (C 8 -C 16 was performed by Fischer, Koenigs-Knorr Schmidt methods. Cationic derivatives were obtained via tosylates as intermediates. physico-chemical properties products investigated both in solution at solid state various techniques (quasi-elastic dynamic light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry. FTIR CP-MAS spectroscopy X-ray diffractometry). Above the critical micellar concentration, or bilayer microagregates depending on configuration anomeric centre alkylglucopyranoside. Molecular packing hydrogen bonds between saccharide heads also depended aliphatic chain configuration.
