摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the validity bone density value potential implant sites in HU obtained by a specific cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) device. In study, values using MSCT scanner were used as gold standard. Twenty mandibles (40 sites) scanned an (Somatom Sensation 40) and CBCT (i-CAT). images evaluated Syngo CT Workplace software images, XoranCat software. twice three oral radiologists, at 60 day intervals. trabecular same area on both images. Intraclass coefficients (ICC) calculated examine agreement between examiners two periods evaluation. ROI compared Student t test Bland-Altman analysis. ICCs excellent. mean (418.06) higher than that (313.13), with statistically significant difference (p < 0.0001). addition, analysis showed measures not equivalent. conclusion, device studied proved unreliable, since it MSCT.
