摘要: Abstract The 3-dimensional organisation of the neural component human Meissner corpuscle was studied after silver impregnation and following immunofluorescence for protein gene product 9.5 (PGP 9.5) by confocal scanning laser microscopy. The morphology found to show consistent differences depending on labelling method used. After Winkelmann technique branches afferent nerve fibres showed both thin regions varicose elements, latter probably corresponding portions rich in mitochondria observed transmission electron bulkier elements were never more than 5-6 microns diameter. immunolabelling PGP fibre always presented flattened discoidal expansions with a diameter up 30 microns. On basis what is known as mechanism action impregnations it considered that black precipitate preferentially labels parts neurons are neurofilaments. In any case deposited throughout neuronal cytoplasm except nucleus. Accordingly, varicosities corpuscles mitochondria, there little space formation precipitate. use antiserum against 9.5, which larger proteinaceous axoplasm, demonstrates complete architecture corpuscle, visualises absent impregnated corpuscles. It concluded immunostaining provides images corpuscles, peripheral structures general closer reality.
