摘要: Recent studies have implicated the peripheral actions of ghrelin in reproductive tissues. The present study provides novel evidence for expression and its functional receptor (GHSR-1a) mammary glands dairy goat during lactation effects on regulation function vitro. Ghrelin GHSR-1a mRNA protein were persistently detected throughout lactation, patterns ghrelin, β-casein generally similar, with highest levels peak milk yield (day 60-120 lactation) lower late 180) lactation. distribution substantiated by immunohistochemical method, alveolar ductal epithelial cells showed distinct immunoreactivity at different stages strong reactivity was seen most stage, some alveoli, vast majority immunoreactivity. demonstrated cultured primary (MECs). In addition, results that could induce a dose-dependent promotion tissues MECs, stimulative blocked D-Lys3-GHRP6 (a antagonist). Additionally, induced cell proliferation. Our findings suggest may play an important role lactating goats via GHSR-1a.
