摘要: Heart lesions are common in Whipple's disease (intestinal lipodystrophy)1-3but their occurrence often does not result significant clinical manifestations. Consequently, few observations of cardiovascular abnormalities have been recorded, and the extent cardiac involvement has widely appreciated among clinicians. It is purpose this communication to present a patient with whose course was complicated by decompensation, pericarditis, focal glomerulitis.
