摘要: This paper presents an experimental study with the aim to understand relation between flow conditions - riser pressure drop and fluidization velocity in a CFB net (external) solids flux (Gs [kg/m(2) s]), applying geometry overall similar boilers. The experiments are carried out unit operated under ambient conditions. has cross section of 0.7 m x 0.12 height 8.5 m, yielding height-to-width aspect ratio 10.6 (in wide dimension), that is equipped densely spaced taps providing fine resolution measured vertical profile along automatic system accurately measure G5. cover velocities 03-7 m/s, drops 1.7-10.5 kPa loop-seal 0.12-0.54 m/s (secondary air not included). These ranges correspond both without dense bottom region. results show G(s) determined by concentration at top, which turn depends on velocity, backflow effect, configuration loop seal exit For operating bed present, independent any whereas when increase increases G(s).
