摘要: Skin samples were taken from forest reindeer (Rangifer tarandus L.) in order to study the distribution of apocrine tubular glands. Glands with well-developed secretory epithelium restricted certain areas body, namely foreleg pit, a narrow strip on belly, groin and legs. Well-developed glands also found oral angle rump patch. The greatest amount was ventral interdigital skin both fore hindfeet. In other parts body could only excretory duct thin walled extension but no developed be seen.
