摘要: Abstract Study Objective To perform a prospective audit of the modified guideline for management postdural puncture headache (PDPH) and present results at 6 months. Design Prospective single-center audit. Setting University hospital. Patients 24 adult, ASA physical status 1, 2, 3 patients presenting with PDPH in both obstetric nonobstetric setting. Interventions Epidural blood patch (EBP) bilateral greater occipital nerve blocks (GONB) were administered. Measurements Headache scores, nausea presence severity neck stiffness, tinnitus, photophobia, any complications either technique. Results audited. Nineteen failed conservative offered GONB EBP. One patient chose EBP was successfully treated. Of 18 who received GONB, resolved 12 (66%).
