摘要: Objective : To evaluate the correlation between QT interval dispersion (QTd) and ventricular arrhythmias in hypertensive patients (pts) with or without left hypertrophy (LVH). A secondary aim was to investigate correlations of QTd other markers arrythmogenic propensity late potentials (LP) heart rate variability (HRV). Methods We retrospectively measured on 12 standard surface ECG leads 230 pts (94F, 136M ; 59,6 ± 12.7 years old). 24 hours Holter recording performed 218 were appreciated using Lown classification. Left mass determined by echocardiography (LVM-Devereux formula) index (LVMI) 202 subjects. LP (122 pts) HRV (55 investigated. Results The varied 20 160 msec (57.8 32.7 msec). distribution classified criteria 29 (13.3 %) class O 106 (48.6 I 8 (3.6 II 13 (6 III IVa 33 (15.1 IVb 116 (69.5 had LVH echocardiography. strongly correlated classes (p < 0.0001). significantly broader III, compared 0, cumulated 0.002) there no difference concerning IVb. also absolute number premature depolarizations/24 = 0.02 r 0.16). 75 an increased LVMI elevated it Qtd (r 0.37 p There existence (which 0.03) parameters.
