摘要: AbstractChanges in air and ground temperatures can lead to degradation of permafrost, thawing ice, damage linear infrastructure such as highways, railways, airfield runways, pipelines. As part research into the behavior road embankments on degrading under an instrumented highway embankment were recorded over 4 years. The project site is located 18 km north Thompson, Manitoba, Canada. Thermistor strings among several types instruments installed beneath toe, midslope, shoulder, centerline embankment. principal objective was thermal numerical modeling current projected future its foundation. Measured used with local climate records calibrate a two-dimensional model. Future changes by climatologists then simulate potential long-term temperature
