摘要: Concern is growing over the contamination of environment with pharmaceutical residues, among which non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are one most abundant groups. Their widespread appearance in aquatic because their high consumption and incomplete removal during wastewater treatment. Because effective operation wastewater-treatment plants important for minimising release xenobiotic compounds, example products, into environment, our study focuses on commonly used NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, ketoprofen, diclofenac) clofibric acid a specially designed small-scale pilot treatment plant (PWWTP). This shows that, except diclofenac, steady-rate two-year monitoring period has been achieved. Elimination compounds PWWTP was ≥87% ibuprofen, naproxen ketoprofen but only 49–59% diclofenac. We also studied acid. Results after month revealed 30% elimination no sign adaptation by biomass. Also described degradation products we were able to identify similarity mass spectra those NIST library comparing retention times different compounds. Although structures these confirmed probability (99%), still need compare fragmentation authentic formed under experimental conditions. Degradation found must be identified use high-resolution spectrometry analysis
