摘要: Vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene is recognized as candidate for susceptibility to Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The goal of this study was search the eventual association between VDR polymorphisms and T2DM in Moroccans patients. Materials Methods: 176 patients with 177 Healthy controls from population were recruited. Bsm-I(rs1544410), Fok-I(rs10735810) Apa-I(rs7975232) SNPs determined PCR-RFLP. A level using ELISA. Results: prevalence inadequancy higher significantly than subjects. There a strong fok-I (OR = 0,35, 95% CI 0.14
