摘要: Object. The authors report on a cohort of patients with craniopharyngioma treated principally through transnasal (TN) resection and followed up for minimum 5 years. More specifically, they evaluate the role TN approach in management craniopharyngioma. Methods. Between 1984 1994, 68 underwent craniopharyngiomas at University Southern California. tumor was least partially cystic 88% cases. Four tumors were purely intrasellar, 53 had intra- suprasellar components, 11 exclusively suprasellar. During same period, 18 transcranial (TC) craniopharyngiomas.
