摘要: Abstract Strontium titanate with perovskite structure is one of potential candidates for alternative anodes solid oxide fuel cells. Co-doped Y 0.08 Sr 0.92 TiO 3 − δ was synthesized via solid-state reaction. The effect Co-doping on the electrical behavior investigated and a doping mechanism proposed. Compared , conductivities Co x Ti 1 − O decrease obviously increasing amount at 25–1000 °C, while ionic increase significantly 500–1000 °C. addition can oxygen vacancy concentration enlarge saddle point critical radius r c both them should be responsible remarkably enhanced conductivity . decreased electronic ascribed to lowered 3+ concentration, caused by substitution increases absorption temperature, thus widens operation temperature range doped-SrTiO 3
