摘要: This chapter focuses on the analytical and normative levels of Evolutionary Governance Theory. The theorietcail framework will be contrasted with genealogies power written by French historian philosopher Michel Foucault. Two issues are discussed. First tension between what is considered as necessary contingent. Secondly it elaborate dimension that underlies a focus contingency in explicit attempt to turn not presently conceived problematic into something we might wish reconsider.
