摘要: The biodiversity of geminiviruses associated with the Cassava Mosaic Disease (CMD) in India was investigated using PCR to specifically amplify DNA Indian cassava mosaic virus (ICMV) or Sri Lankan (SLCMV) and also by specific viral genes, followed digestion different restriction endonucleases obtain polymorphic patterns (PCR-RFLP). Results showed that both ICMV SLCMV were present mosaic-affected cassava; geographically restricted certain regions, whereas widespread. PCR-RFLP analysis that, addition ICMV-type SLCMV-type patterns, a high proportion (40%) samples displayed novel some which localized areas, others widely distributed.
