摘要: Stem growth of ‘White Rose’ cut seed potatoes, during exposure to ethylene concentrations up 10 ppm for 2 weeks at 20 C, was markedly retarded and thickened. Development the vascular system abnormal, resulting in small xylem vessels. Root promotion inhibited, but lateral buds roots became normal after removal from ethylene. Plant emergence delayed by pieces above 0.05 ppm.
