摘要: Deoxynivalenol (DON), a mycotoxin produced by several Fusaruim species, is worldwide contaminant of foods and feeds. Because the potential dangers due to accidental or intentional contamination with DON, there need develop rapid highly sensitive method for easy identification quantification DON. In this study, we have developed utilized competitive immunoassay technique detect DON in various food matrixes indoor air samples using an array biosensor. A DON-biotin conjugate, immobilized on NeutrAvidin-coated optical waveguide, competed sample binding fluorescently labeled monoclonal antibodies. To demonstrate simple procedure amenable on-site use, DON-spiked cornmeal, cornflakes, wheat, barley, oats were extracted methanol-water (3:1) assayed without cleanup preconcentration. The limits detection ranged from 0.2 ng/mL buffer 50 ng/g oats. limit spiked into aqueous effluent sampler was 4 ng/mL.
