摘要: The present invention provides a chimeric polypeptide comprising an epitope of GAD65 protein and structural region the GAD family, wherein is more specific diagnostic for insulin dependent diabetes mellitus than intact produces fewer false positives GAD65. further method screening subject risk developing IDDM, contacting claim 1 with biological sample containing antibodies from detecting binding between antibody in polypeptide, detection indicating at IDDM.
